1. Overview

duett is a wellness-forward platform that enables users to purchase message credits for text-only conversations with verified conversation partners about everyday topics such as career advice, study tips, hobbies, life guidance, and general interests. By accessing or using duett, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws.

You must be at least 18 years old to use duett. Conversation partners must complete identity verification before activation. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. duett is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

5. Payment & Credits

Messages are exchanged using credits purchased from duett (the platform) as a digital, non-transferable utility. Credits are not purchased from individual users. All purchases are final. Refunds may be issued only in cases of verified technical error or platform malfunction.

6. Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on duett and will result in immediate suspension or permanent ban:

• NSFW/Sexual Content: No sexually explicit, erotic, or adult content of any kind
• Escort Services: No solicitation or discussion of escort, prostitution, or sexual services
• Dating/Romantic Solicitation: No attempts to use the platform for dating, romantic relationships, or meetups
• External Contact: No sharing of personal contact information (phone numbers, social media handles, email addresses) or third-party payment handles
• In-Person Meetups: No arranging or facilitating in-person meetings
• Harassment: No harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior

Users must communicate respectfully and adhere to community standards. duett reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.

7. Platform Safety & Moderation

duett employs keyword filters, automated monitoring, and human review to enforce content policies. Flagged content is reviewed, and violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent bans. We maintain strict controls to ensure the platform remains a safe, respectful space for general conversation.

8. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you send through duett. By sending messages, you grant duett a limited license to process and deliver that content for the purpose of operating the service.

9. Privacy

10. Service Availability

duett may update, pause, or discontinue features without notice. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

duett and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you've paid to duett in the past six months.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the new terms.
